Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Secure Credit/Debit Card payment via PayFast, electronic bank deposits (EFT), cash deposits, as well as Snapscan.

Can you match competitor pricing?

No. All our prices listed are based on our import/distribution cost. We try our best to bring in the best possible products at best possible prices to our customers, where some of our competitors might be selling products that looks similar (or exactly the same on the outside/packaging sometimes) but with lower quality.

How do I find out about the delivery fees for my order?

Delivery fees will be calculated and shown before the checkout. Fees are calculated based on your delivery address.

Can I get a cash discount?

Unfortunately not. We do our best to list products at the best price that we can possibly offer.

Delivery

Where do you deliver to?

We provide delivery services via door-to-door courier and can deliver to any street address in South Africa

Will you deliver to the Post-Office?

We do not currently ship to PO addresses. We can deliver to any South African street address during business hours using door-to-door couriers.

Can I collect my order from your premises?

No. All online purchases will be shipped directly to you via courier at this stage. However, we are working on adding our branches in for collection points. We will update this the soonest it becomes available.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only deliver within South Africa for our retail customers. For large overseas orders please contact us directly at CS@GadgetTime.co.za

Can you deliver to my place of work?

Yes. We can deliver to any street address in South Africa.

How can I track my delivery/ies?

Once the order is placed successfully. We will be providing you with a tracking number to your E-mail

Can you ask the driver to call me before delivery?

We can do our best to get the driver to call you before delivery by adding a delivery note to your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to do so at the time.

Orders & Returns

Can you source products not listed on your website?

Yes, most of our products listed are imported directly by us, and we have access to 500+ manufactures and suppliers overseas. Simply contact us and let us know what you are looking for.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 14 days hassle-free return/exchange period providing that the product is unused, and it is in its original and undamaged packaging, together with all its original accessories. We also offer a 6 months warranty on all our products listed except otherwise stated on the product description. We will be covering for courier cost as well if the product is faulty. Unfortunately there will be no warranty provided for Screen Protectors as it is designed to break so it can protect your device.
